Medical Director 

Allen J. Williams, MD is Affinity Spa Medica's Medical Director. He received his BA from Albion College, his Medical Degree from Wayne State University and did his residency in Emergency Medicine at Mount Carmel Mercy Hospital, Detroit.

Dr. Williams is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine and is also certified in Aesthetic Injectables and aesthetic laser operations.

Dr. Williams enjoys being able to enhance a person's appearance and help them feel better about themselves. At Affinity Dr. Williams brings his 20 plus years of medical experience together with his attention to detail to get you the beauty outcomes you desire to achieve.

Dr. Williams and his family reside in Ida, MI and he enjoys woodworking in his spare time.

Assistant Medical Director  

Vincent Rimanelli, DO has been a full-time practicing physician since graduating from medical school in 1991. Dr. Rimanelli’s residency training was in both Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine which was completed in 1996. He is board certified in Emergency Medicine and has specialized training in Lipodissolve body sculpting, Botox and fillers and is a member of the International Meso-Lipotherapy Society.  He also completed extensive training on all of Affinity’s medical spa equipment. He also is currently completing a fellowship in Anti-Aging Medicine. Dr. Rimanelli and his wife live in Monroe, MI and they enjoy biking and the martial arts.

Affinity’s Cancellation Policies 

For individuals: 

In an event of an appointment cancellation, we ask that our clients provide at least a 24 hour notice.  If you do not provide a 24 hour notice, you will be considered a no-show appointment.  If you become a no-show client, you will need a credit card deposit to schedule your next appointment. 

For group of four or more:

A non-refundable deposit is required for all group appointments (4 or more individuals).  At the time of booking, a credit card must be provided to hold your appointments.  The credit card will not be charged until the day of your appointment.
