Vincent Rimanelli, DO has been a full-time practicing physician since graduating from medical school in 1991. Dr. Rimanelli’s residency training was in both Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine which was completed in 1996. He is board certified in Emergency Medicine as well as in anti-aging & regenerative medicines and has specialized training in Lipodissolve body sculpting, Botox and fillers and is a member of the International Meso-Lipotherapy Society.  He also completed extensive training on all of Affinity’s medical spa equipment. Dr. Rimanelli and his wife live in Monroe, MI.

Nurse Practitioner/Human Resources Manager
Jennifer Bellestri graduated from the University of Michigan with numerous academic accolades. She has more than 13 years of nursing experience including surgery, emergency medicine, cardiology, anti-aging medicine, and aesthetic medicine.  Jennifer specializes in Sclerotherapy, a relatively painless in-office procedure using a very fine needle to inject solution into spider veins or reticular veins causing them to collapse. Jennifer also specializes in SmartLipo, both as a consultant for clients considering the procedure and as an assistant during the procedure.  She spends a generous amount of time with each client to help gain a personal understanding of their cosmetic goals.  Jennifer is dedicated to making clients feel comfortable and educated about their cosmetic procedures while developing a caring nurse-client relationship.

Financial Operations Manager

Marsha Goodemoot is our operations manager.  She enjoys working in the spa & salon setting and helping with client & service provider relationships.  Marsha is responsible for all marketing & product development & control.  She is available for any questions or concerns you may have and always provides prompt response.  She lives in Dundee with her husband and 8 year old triplets!

Day Spa/Medical Spa Manager: Esthetician/Skin Care Specialist

Hope Kopp is a graduate of Michigan College of Beauty and holds advanced certifications in laser hair removal, spider vein & acne light therapy, rosacea treatment, age spot and vascular lesion treatment, the use of acoustic wave treatments  for reducing fine lines and sebaceous glands, along with medical grade micropeels.  Hope also enjoys her work as a make-up artist as well as doing all of her esthetician work. She likes working at Affinity because she can educate her clients on how to enhance their own beauty and achieve their skin care goals. When it comes to Hope's clients, she works hard to ensure they get the optimal results they are looking for from Affinity.  Hope is a resident of Monroe, MI.

Esthetician/Skin Care Specialist
Sue Rendina is a licensed esthetician and a Michigan College of Beauty graduate. She has specialized training in the latest techniques of make up application, skin care and laser treatments. Sue enjoys helping people look and feel their best and is skilled in determining which treatments are best suited for her client's individual needs. Sue resides in Monroe, Michigan with her husband and three daughters.

Stylist
Melissa Fugate is a licensed cosmetologist that has always had a passion for this industry since childhood. She offers the newest cutting edge haircuts for men and women along with the latest trends in hair color.  She specializes in dry-cutting, razor-cutting, formal styles, and personalized color patterns for each unique haircut. Melissa is very thorough with each client's consultation.  She enjoys intermixing her client's ideas with her own professional opinions to come up with a style that best enhances their natural beauty.  Melissa also prides herself on being big into education. She enjoys traveling all over the country to some of the biggest hair shows to keep up with the ever-changing beauty industry, as well as being an educator for Mastey. Melissa's hometown is Petersburg, Michigan.

Carrie DuCharme is a licensed cosmetologist and specialize in manicures, pedicures, and color.  She enjoys meeting new people and helping them build their self-esteem by making them feel beautiful and special.  Carrie enjoys making her clients feel welcomed and building the client relationship with each one! Carrie’s hometown is Ida, MI.

Jillian Palms is a recent graduate of the legendary Douglas J Aveda Institute in Ann Arbor, MI.  She brings her youth & cheerfulness to Affinity and prides herself on excellent costumer care.  She specializes in razor cuts & coloring and loves all nail services.  She also is certified in skin care.

Nora Green has been in the cosmetology world for 5 years.  She is very passionate at her craft and specializes in color creativity.  She is a highly skilled professional and makes all of her clients feel comfortable and confident.

Alika Shover offers 17 years of experience in the nail industry and is an O.P.I. Academy Board Certified Master nail technician & educator.  She specializes in all aspects of nail care from manicures & pedicures to overlays, tips, gel & acrylic enhancements.  She enjoys educating her clients about their services & on maintenance outside of the spa.
