Affinity’s Cancellation Policies
For individuals:
In an event of an appointment cancellation, we ask that our clients provide at least a 24 hour notice. If you do not provide a 24 hour notice, you will be considered a no-show appointment. If you become a no-show client, you will need a credit card deposit to schedule your next appointment.
For group of four or more:
A non-refundable deposit is required for all group appointments (4 or more individuals). At the time of booking, a credit card must be provided to hold your appointments. The credit card will not be charged until the day of your appointment.
